Sales Coaching 101: A powerful, creative force

Throughout the last couple weeks, we talked about effective sales coaching. An effective coach (EC) sees potential, and its results, before it is recognized.

How?

Creative planning.

Creative planning is a powerful, visionary force. It invites ECs to outline the steps between potential and results. ECs show their charges what they need through innovative solutions – creative expressions that make an impact – and move them to a deeper place of excellence.
